Shipping:

You order and we pay for the shipping. Once ordered please allow us 1-3 business days for processing. If there will be a delay with your order we will let you know ahead of time. We ship to the information provided to us during the checkout process. Pasteque is not responsible for any items that are not received due to an incorrect shipping address entry by the customer.

Easy Returns & Exchanges:

If you are not happy with any item please email us within 7 days of receiving your order. Once we receive your email we will provide instructions on how to return your item. Return shipping will be at the customers expense unless there was a mistake made on Pasteque’s end.

FAQs

  • We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. For orders placed before 12 PM EST, we strive to ship them on the same day. However, please allow up to 2-3 business days for your order to be processed before it is shipped. During periods of high order volume, there might be a slight delay in processing times.

    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification via email, along with a tracking number. Please note that it may take a few hours for tracking updates to appear after the shipping label has been created, depending on the carrier.

    We understand that receiving your order in a timely manner is important to you, and we work diligently to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. If you have any specific concerns about the delivery of your order, feel free to reach out to our customer support team, and we'll be happy to assist you.

  • At this time, PASTÈQUE does not offer international shipping. We currently ship only domestically in the United States.
